Paylink Solutions is absolutely delighted to have won the Innovation in Collections & Recoveries category with NatWest Group at this year’s Credit & Collections Awards.
The announcement was made during a virtual ceremony on 19 November 2020 which saw the well-deserved finalists come together and celebrate technological innovation within the credit and collections industry.
Paylink has been working with NatWest Group to develop their digital I&E tool which supports agents and helps them to better understand customers currently in arrears or coming to the end of payment holidays.
Judges said that we evidenced great customer feedback and provided an excellent response to support customers affected by the pandemic.
Paylink’s CEO, Sue Rann, said: “This year has been challenging to say the least – not only for people, but also businesses – including banks and building societies who have had to quickly adapt in response to the FCA’s Coronavirus guidance and payment holidays.
“We worked with NatWest Group to deliver a digital I&E tool which support their agents and allows them to better understand customers currently in arrears or coming to the end of payment holidays.”
Chris Laverick, Head of Supplier Management at NatWest Group, said: “Congratulations to everyone who worked on this project. It’s really good to see technology being used to support customers in difficulty through a channel of their choice.”
Sue continued: “I am absolutely delighted the tool has been recognised in this prestigious way and would like to thank everyone involved for their fantastic efforts in delivering this digital journey which is benefitting thousands of people.”
Paylink was also shortlisted in the Affordability Assessment Solution category.
