Getting to know each other and taking time out to celebrate our successes is important to us.
In previous years we have also held the popular Rutland Fun Day where teams compete against each other in rowing, wind surfing and other aquatic challenges.
Our year traditionally concludes with a Christmas party for the Group. This is our opportunity to thank employees for all their hard work and dedication over the past 12 months.
A similar calendar of events is held for our colleagues in Lisbon, Portugal. Events there include an annual family picnic at a local park in the spring and a summer beach party every July with music, surfing tuition and barbecue.
